::Staff very nice and helped with luggage with the crew that was with me. Get there early as this island is on "island time" so don't expect speedy service which is just fine.
Sam Masterman
::Great location if a little bit rolly. The customs staff here can be a bit grumpy

::Very friendly staff (you can feel the energy as you enter the premises). -2 stars because they need either help or better organizational skills to deal with heavy volume traffic i.e.; St. Patrick's Day or Carnival/Xmas.

::Basically a customs departure point before you board the ferry to Montserrat, quick and friendly service from the officers, helping us out tofill the immigration forms and explaining the procedures, the only confusing thing is that they tell you to wait by the entrance to the casino, we have to ask around until we followed some people and found the area, a sign pointing in the right direction would help... Otherwise no complains

::Sea port of entry to Montserrat. Itβs small, but functional. The provisional character is obvious a consequence of the fact that something had to be put up after the Plymouth closure. We did a day trip from Antigua. The ferry Jaden Sun does same day trips on certain dates only. Be aware that the journey can be shaky, depending on sea conditions. Immigration procedures were easy and efficient. The emerald island is much worth a visit.
