::Trevor is a wonderful chef and host of the Watermelon Cafe!. I had started with his wonderful coconut shrimp as an appetizer. I had the Jamaican Red Snapper for an entree-- also exquisite! And Trevor did this wonderful meal, shortly after we lost electricity ! Was a real treat!
